Please note that our COVID-19 policies and procedures are ever changing to meet the latest guidance and safety protocols. These may differ from previous or future productions and events. thank you for your cooperation!

Please read before purchasing a ticket or attending a production at our venue! (Updated August, 2022)

  1. COVID POLICY

    As of September 1, 2022, Eagle Theatre will no longer require Vaccine Checks or Negative Covid Tests to attend the theater.  Masking is encouraged, but optional.  We continue to request that any patron who becomes symptomatic call us to release or exchange tickets for a different performance.  

    This COVID policy remains in effect unless the status of the pandemic requires increased measures for both the safety of our audiences and artists.  We appreciate all of your cooperation!

  2. PRE-SCREEN

    Each member of your party should pre-screen themselves for COVID-19 symptoms or exposure prior to entering the event. An example of what questions to consider can be found here.

  3. TICKET POLICY

    Ticket sales are non-refundable, but Eagle Theatre offers a flexible policy to permit all ticket holders the ability to exchange tickets for any reason throughout the same run of an event, provided advance notice is given prior to the performance. Kindly call the box office or email us to release your seats and select a new date for the same performance run. Tickets are NOT transferable to other productions. Any tickets not released in advance are non-exchangeable.

  • Our Staff: All of our staff members and artists have been fully vaccinated.

  • Cleaning: We will clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces before every show. Our venue is professionally and thoroughly cleaned before event

  • Mask Policy: Our mask policy changes based on latest CDC and Actors Equity Association Guidance. Please read each event description carefully to see our most recent mask policy.

  • Vaccination Policy: We require our Staff and Artists to be vaccinated. Based on latest CDC and Actor’s Equity Association Guidance, we may have specific audience policies regarding providing proof of Vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test. Please read each event description carefully to see our most recent vaccination policy.

  • Contactless transactions: When possible, buy your tickets in advance so that we may reduce the time you need to spend at the box office. Your experience can be touchless if your purchase is complete before you arrive. You will be offered a paper program, but can also open a virtual program online if you prefer. If you need to buy tickets at the show, we will strive to make your experience as smooth and quick as possible.

  • Hand Sanitizer: Hand sanitizer will be available at several locations throughout the facility.

  • Air Purifiers: The air conditioner/circulation system in the theatre is being renovated to meet CDC recommended standards.

  • Refunds and Exchanges: If we need to cancel a performance, your ticket will be refunded. If you need to reschedule your visit for health reasons, you may do so for any performance throughout the season with a ticket of equal or lesser value if available.

  • Screening Questions: When you purchase your ticket online, you will be asked to agree that you are not currently ill or awaiting test results. You will also be asked to affirm that you have not been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for the coronavirus in the past 14 days.

What We Ask of You

  • Please read all event descriptions carefully to see latest COVID-19 related policies regarding mask wearing or providing proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test.

  • Please stay home if you are ill, you suspect that you may be ill, or if you have had recent exposure to someone who’s tested positive for COVID-19. The Box Office will exchange your ticket at no cost.

  • Please take care of yourself and your fellow patrons by respecting our protocols and procedures. If, for any reason, you refuse to abide by our safety measures, you will be asked to leave the event.

  • Please contact us if you test positive for COVID-19 after attending a show.
