AntiRacism Statement 

Eagle Theatre recognizes the systemic injustice, racism, white supremacy and inequality rooted in American history and the theatre and arts industry. We acknowledge that these injustices have created barriers for minoritized groups in the theatre community and we seek to dismantle those barriers by challenging casting stereotypes, bringing a diverse mix of talents and leaders to our offices and productions, and investing in productions, playwrights, and artists that have been historically underrepresented due to white supremacist ideologies. We recognize that these steps do not solve or inherently repair centuries of inequities and systemic racism, but we are committed to a series of action plans in order to make necessary change in our industry.

Anonymous Reporting System

Please feel free to share and voice, experiences, concerns, suggestions, etc. that you wish to be brought to light. This anonymous reporting system will be reviewed by the Eagle Theatre Executive Committee and its Board of Directors. It is intended to be a tool to strengthen our organization.

If you would like a direct response to know how we are handling your submission, please include your email at the end of this form, though this is NOT required.
